	mARTi Gras Celebration The French Quarter in New Orleans visits Ruidoso at the Ruidoso Convention Center with the Ruidoso Regional Council for the Arts’ annual mARTi Gras Celebration on February 17^th from 6:00 – 11:00 PM. Live Music all night long, a gumbo cook-off and Mardi Gras Costume Contest make for a great evening.
